All information collected for the purpose of completing a sale will be kept confidential, we will hold the information we keep, such as name and address and payment information in our computer for our own records only. All customer information is kept safe from theft, misuse, interference, loss, unauthorized access, modification, and disclosure. Computer security is in place to ensure no breaches occur. Mac’s Marine will never disclose, publish, or use this information for any purpose other than the original sale. Customers can see their information in the store when requested. Only staff at Mac’s Marine will have access to any customer’s personal information. Once a sale is completed all personal information not required by law to be kept will be destroyed in a manner ensuring that it can no longer be read, copied or used in any way.
